DESCRIPTION:

Installing the electrical system and I&C system for the wastewater treatment plant at the FGD plant of a refinery. The job involved the following:

• preparing all necessary detailed and as-built electrical and I&C designs,
• prefabricating, delivering, installing and commissioning an R600 power and control cabinet and R-600A control cabinet and installing structured cabling,
• installing a control system for the wastewater treatment plant consisting of the Siemens S7-300 controller with the Siemens MP 377 15” operator panel, operator station with the WinCC software and communication modules for the SCA system,

visualisation and archiving of SCADA data, including the visualisation of the operating status of motors, status of valves, status of level and flow rate switches, trends of the individual values, flow rate summation and recording alarm conditions.
